The Need

There are hundreds of orphaned and abandoned children in Baja's Child Protective Services system.

Most of them are older teenagers who are often overlooked by orphanages that primarily accept younger children. As a result, many end up in overcrowded government shelters with deeply troubling conditions.

These facilities weren't built for a thriving childhood but designed as holding cells.

Orphanages tend to accept younger children first, and the teenagers get left behind.

What is meant to be a temporary solution often becomes a child's entire childhood.

We've heard the stories, and after touring one of these facilities and seeing the conditions firsthand, we were compelled to act.

The Vision

One Generation Alliance purchased a property in Rosarito in August 2026 and is currently building a home-style orphanage where older teens can find safety, dignity, and healing.

Here, teens can finally experience a home environment and support within a family setting. We are building both a girls dormitory and a boys dormitory, each family-style, with a dorm mom and dad who help teens build the skills they need not just to survive, but to thrive.
